Payments

Secure checkout

Payments for pipe3lend products are processed by Stripe or by the marketplace you buy from. Card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by us. Charges appear on statements as PIPE3LEND.

How you receive it

Refunds, privacy and terms

Refunds

If a product doesn't work as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Purchases made on a marketplace may also be refunded through that marketplace.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to fulfil your order: your name, email address and purchase details. We never sell your data. The add-ons themselves run offline and send nothing back to us.

Terms

Each purchase grants a personal and commercial use license. The add-ons are free software under the GNU GPL v3 or later, and the full source is included with every download.
